Han Hu, began her musical journey at the age of five with her first piano lesson. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from Wuhan Conservatory of Music and then pursued a Master’s degree at the University of Hartford, where she had the privilege of studying under Maggie Francis. She is currently working towards her Doctoral degree in Piano Performance at the University of Hartford, studying with José Ramos Santana.
During her time at the University of Hartford, Han studied a wide range of classical music styles and successfully held several solo recitals. As a collaborative pianist, she enjoys working with musicians from various backgrounds and has performed in numerous concerts across China and the United States. Her performances have taken place at esteemed venues such as the Conservatory of Music of Puerto Rico, Minnesota Aurora, Lincoln Theater, Berkman Recital Hall, Bianzhong Concert Hall, Qingdao Art Center, and Anhui Grand Theatre.
Han has received guidance from esteemed musicians including Mikhail Voskresensky, Eteri Andjaparidze, Irina Chukovskaya, Michael Lewin, Edisher Savitzki, María del Carmen Gil, and Florence Millet.
